The Infinite Universe of Star Wars

Since 1977 The beloved characters for "Star Was" have been thrilling fans with tales of the stars and the future.  When "Star Wars: A New Hope" made its movie premier, I was only 6-years old.  It wasn't until around 1980, that I too became one of "Star Wars" biggest fans!  From Chewbacca to Yoda, these characters have made me laugh, and put me on the edge of my seat! In this hub I want to share all of my likes and some dislikes about the "Star Wars" universe.  I hope that I have some fellow hubbers who enjoy "Star Wars" as well, and I hope that they will add anything they know to my hub.  I want to make it fun!  I also have a time-table of all the "Star Wars" books that were written to tell of Han Solo's adventures, as well as Lando Calrissian's, before "A New Hope" debuted. They begin there and go all through the many books that have been written since "Return of the Jedi."  See, for me, when I learned there would be no more Star Wars movies, I was crushed. I then discovered a whole new world in which I can again join my favorite characters and their adventures. I hope that you will have fun with me, and "May The Force Be With You!"

I have to say that Han Solo has and always will be my "Star Wars" man of the hour!  This scruffy looking smuggler has made me laugh "laugh it up fuzzball" and has made me mad like towards the end of "A New Hope" when he is ready to desert Princess Leia and Luke! But through it all he always comes back to save the day,and become the hero!  I have to admit, I became a bit jealous when he began to fall on love with Leia.  Now come on fellow Han Solo fans (ladies) how many of you felt the same way?  Han did have many adventures before he met Luke and Obie-One at the Mos Eisley Cantina, and that's what I have been focusing my "Star Wars" reading on right now!  He was a crazy one, our Han!

Tonight when I was going through my e-mails, a friend of mine sent me an e-mail that was filled with pictures of famous people when they were younger. Well low and behold their was a photo of Han Solo, C3PO, Chewbacca, Luke, Princess Leia, and R2-D2. They of course were out of costume, but even out of costume they are still the beloved characters from Star Wars IV, V, and VI.
